Permanent Make-up Policies & Additional Information


Healed results from permanent makeup will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We also do not claim that you will never use your eyebrow products again, because it is unrealistic to tell anyone that. Permanent makeup will definitely simplify your beauty routine everyday. On days where you do decide to put product on them, you at least have a perfect shape to follow, and will never have to worry about them being uneven. We have zero control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.


Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, MANY factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal and retain pigment uniquely. 


A request is made to PLEASE arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork for your first session.


I require a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel permanent makeup or tattoo removal appointments. A $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for any and all first time clients to hold your appointment, and the remaining balance will be paid in full at first session. If you cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded, and to reschedule, an additional $100 deposit must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. 


Please understand if you are 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and additional appointments will not be booked until the $100 deposit and rescheduling fee, is paid. 


We are booked back to back all day, and unfortunately the schedule does not allow to take clients much later than scheduled time, especially first time clients. Please be courteous and respectful of our time, and our fellow clients.


All services are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. 


We do not offer touch up pricing for work that is not originally done by us. If you have previous permanent makeup, a consult is required, or well lit pictures of your natural brows, to see if we are able to take you as a client or not. 


If you are unsatisfied with your current permanent make-up, we do offer non-laser tattoo removal services to lighten or remove it. This is a case by case basis. A consultation is required.

The followup appointment is REQUIRED for optimal results, 21-30 days after your first session, NOT at your convenience. The touch up appointment is always scheduled with the first session, and we book out months in advance. Please plan accordingly, and do your best to keep both appointments as scheduled. Please do not bring children to your appointment. 


Tattoo Removal Policies & Additional Information


There is a $100 non refundable deposit required for all tattoo removal services.
